Some days ago I went to the gym without eating in the morning - it was too early to eat anything - and I got one pill of green tea. I was so dizzy during the workout that I managed to do only 1 hour while my head was like music box out of dizziness. Of course I guess that my sugar levels were below 40, because my normal levels are around 50 ( very low). The day before yesterday I had a good breakfast , no green tea, and went to the gym again, no dizziness, no problem, not only completed my aerobic program but also did some resistance training very successfully. So, green tea in the morning without eating ? Don't do it .... Phedon!!!

Today I went to the super market close to my house. I wanted to reach my favourite fatless and sugarless yogurt with tropical fruit ( pineapple, mango, kiwi) and I could not because the product was in the highest shelf of the sp fridge. The previous time I went to buy the same yogurt it was again out of reach and I finally didnt buy it because I could not find someone to reach it for me. This time I was determined to buy it. Today I went to my morning - gym ( I have another night gym too). I got on the treadmill and again I was dizzy. This time I managed to stay there for 45 minutes ( while on other treadmills I can walk for hours). The previous 2 times I kept myself from fainting on the treadmill for up to 30 minutes. Why all this dizziness and fainting symptomatology? On the screen of the treadmill, every 1 minute there is a message which says "If you are dizzy, have a heartache or feel you are going to faint pull the stop button". This message is almost all the time on the screen and if you want to see your speed and your km you should wait for about 1 minute for this bullshit to finish. Of course I will faint if you are telling me all the time that I will faint!!!What a quincidence on the TV screen in front of me a woman ( in a comedy) just fainted. I managed to finish my workout with 4km only ( for me 7km is nothing). I was dizzy for about 30 minutes later while I was on the bike. Becaus...
