I saw it last night ( for the second time). Very good, IMDB.COM has a 7.3/10 in evaluation, I would say that this grade is ok. Al Pacino is the only I liked ( always)  because the story didn't have originality.

Tonight 23 pm, ANT1 TV CHANNEL Although IMDB.COM gives a 6.5 for evaluation, I will watch this film tonight because I like Tom Wilkinson ( I saw him in  the movie "A good woman" and he was excellent).

Very hungry people eat more

 As a matter of fact cooking needs time. If the chef in our home is not the quicker in the world and you feel your hunger growing and growing,  making you a lion that needs meat and blood, know that if your hunger becomes wilder than the lion's you will eat much more, in no time rhythm, and with less resistance to say "no" to prohibited dishes and drinks. This means that it would be preferable to eat sth like a cup of cottage cheese ( 200 gr, 170 kcal, 4 gr fat in total and 25 gr of protein = protein makes you feel full ) and in this way go to the table with a hunger similar to the one of Scarlett O' Hara ( in "Gone with the Wind" novel). You will eat less, more slowly, you will be calm to avoid non appopriate dishes, etc. If you don't have the access to cottage cheese ( my fridge is full), then you should have protein bars in your bag. How many thermogenetic supplements should I receive?

 Don't receive many thermogenetic supplements, because the organism cannot produce more calories because you receive more than 2 thermogenetic products. If you are a sports man/woman choose carnitine or CLA. If you are not having intense sports activities then prefer green tea and ginseng. It will suit you. However, receiving all the above is not at all wise choise. Especially for persons who are not athletic carnitine might not help at all. CLA will help, but not so much as it does in sports people. If you want to enhance the results of your efforts for eliminating your extra fatty tissue, add some pills of free amino acids in the morning ( empty stomach), after the gym workout ( empty stomach) and before meals. Watch out! If your calories are too many ( due to candies and fatty meals) amino acid pills will make you more fat than you are now!

How to reduce post-gym-hyperphagia

Many people struggle in gyms and when they go home they eat 4-5 times on their normal serving (according to their age, kilos and frame), thus making a disaster on their whole fitness schedule. My personal advice to them, for reducing the crises of after gym hyperphagia is the following: 1. Drink water before starting the gym, and during the gym workout. Drink at least 500ml per hour. 2. Eat bread + milk, or bread + low fat cheese 1 hour before gym. Do not eat large meals , do not go to the gym with an empty stomach. 3. If you feel tired or hypotonic during your custom training schedule and you are not ill drink some water or glucose + mineral drink, or even 1-2 sugar free candies ( preferably glucose based). 4. Don't exagerate in your workouts. Some days we need to have a shorter or less intense program. 5.  As soon as you finish with your workout have 2-3 pills of free form of amino acids.
